Where ideas become stories.
About
I am an artist based in Düsseldorf with a background in architecture.
My practice begins with curiosity. I develop visual stories through painting, material experimentation, and research, allowing each idea to find the form that best tells its story. Influenced by architectural thinking, I work across different mediums and embrace experimentation as an essential part of my creative process.
I believe stories don't belong to one medium. They can become paintings, objects, installations, or something we carry with us every day. For me, the studio is a place to explore, question, and discover—where every project is an opportunity to learn something new.

Tracing the Surface (Performance Documentation)
Charcoal on paper · 2025
Tracing the Surface explores the act of drawing as a form of physical encounter. During a live performance in the garden of the Universität der Künste Berlin, sheets of paper were wrapped around tree trunks and marked with charcoal, allowing the textures of the bark to emerge through touch.
The work extends beyond the drawing itself. Sound recordings of charcoal rubbing against wood, the movement of the wind, and the surrounding environment become part of the piece, documenting a moment in which the paper gradually absorbs the character of its surroundings. The resulting traces are not only images, but records of contact, time, and presence.
